The Bull opened in 2023 and its jewel in the crown is surely Hiro - the ten seat Omakase Japanese restaurant where the sushi master Hiromi serves an eclectic 10 course feast of the finest fish, meat and vegetables. The room features Roman and Byzantine mosaics and a 90 million year old fish fossil keeping a watchful eye on the proceedings.
